By using this website or engaging Makehe Shanghai Trading Ltd ("Makehe") for any service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

The website is provided for general information about Makehe. Information published is believed accurate at the time of publication but is not a binding offer. Specific commercial terms apply only to written quotations issued by Makehe.

Sourcing, logistics, payment intermediation, company registration and related services are provided under individual signed agreements that take precedence over anything stated on this website.

Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation itself, typically 14 days.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard structure is 30% deposit on signed PO and 70% on successful pre-shipment inspection. Funds are paid to a Makehe bank account in the currency of the contract.

To the extent permitted by law, Makehe's aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees actually paid for the specific transaction in dispute. We accept no liability for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.

Neither party is liable for failure to perform when caused by events beyond reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government action, strikes, port closures, pandemics, or extended national-holiday shutdowns.

All trademarks, logos and content on this site belong to Makehe Shanghai Trading Ltd or our licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit them without written consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Shanghai courts unless overridden by an individual signed services agreement.
